File Export & Downloads

With OS/ AI, you can generate individual reports and now export them directly as files. This way, you have all important data exactly where you need it – and ready to share.

Better Visualizations

From now on, simply have visual charts generated for your prompts. Just ask for them, and you'll have the perfect visual overview.

Invoice Data in AI Check

OS/ AI now understands your finances even more deeply and provides precise answers on demand. Here are a few examples:

• With a prompt, you trigger the smart Invoice Search or can directly access your current Cash flow Review.
• Want to know where there's still money to be found? Just ask the AI for projects with the highest outstanding invoice drafts.
• Easily analyze all your budget data so you can actual and target costs always keep track of and quickly evaluate your projects based on freelancer or supplier costs.
