Once approved, all team members can work on all projects, record time, and take on project management.

Branding

As soon as you export a KVA or invoice, the document takes on the branding of the respective company.

This naturally includes the correct legal information for proper company registration.

DATEV

Incoming and outgoing invoices are assigned to the correct DATEV client when exported to DATEV.

This not only allows you to consolidate your accounting in OS/ perfectly, but also gives you a direct overview of which external costs you need to bill.

Internal billing

Calculating working hours or costs is also child's play.

How OS/ Department as an Entity works

Step 1

Setup

The setup is very simple.

You simply configure each company as an OS/business unit and can then brand it individually and assign it to your own company.

Done.

Step 2

Branding

In addition to legally relevant information such as your business address, VAT ID, and commercial register number, you can of course configure your own company colors, fonts, etc. It's that easy to issue customized quotes and invoices for every company.

Step 3

FiBU Export

Individual companies must, of course, also have their own accounting system.

We have naturally taken this into account and automatically export incoming and outgoing invoices to the correct financial accounting clients.

Step 4

Internal billing

The last major hurdle is usually the internal billing of services. With OS, you have all the options you need.

From billing an internal hourly rate to an overview of how personnel costs are actually spent in the individual companies. This allows you to leverage the full potential of resource sharing without losing the efficiency gains directly to administration.
