As a first step, set your absence types in Workspace settings.

You can now enter your absence in resource planning so that it is visible to your team.

In this way, you reduce your capacity and give your team the opportunity to adapt their resource planning to your absences.

For even more transparency, there are now deep links from the working time report to the worklog. For an even more detailed overview of recorded working hours and tasks.

In the coming months, we will continue to expand our absence management. You get a clear overview of your absences that have already been recorded and can see at any time how much vacation you still have available in the current year.
